A contestant in the Apprentice Africa Reality Series. An 18 month job interview process for the opportunity to be an apprentice to the czar of advertising in Nigeria, Mr. Biodun Shobanjoe. I and 17 other contestants, (Africa's Finest and Best Minds) went through a series of rigorous tasks set out to test our business acumen , leadership skills, street smarts, creativity, resilience and resolve.

Developed a java application that extracts any multichoice payment made either by cash, cheques, standing order, online bill payment or mobile payment as soon as it is posted into the bank's database. These transaction details are sent via FTP in a formatted file to Multichoice`s database in South Africa.

Thereby ensuring that any payment made at any Zenith Bank country wide reflects immediately in the customers multichoice account. This process eliminates the 2 day delay with manual reporting or one day delay by email reporting. It also removes human intervention and automates the whole process.

Developed a secure cold fusion application that allows staff to vote for the best staff in various units. Each individual could only vote once an could not vote for themselves.

This application was online and made the voting system quick, easy, accessible secure transparent and fair

Developed an image capture to prevent automated login into an internet banking application.

In order to ensure that login credentials were safe from hackers. I implemented a one way encryption technology Making it virtually impossible to hack into the internet banking login credentials.

Developed a mobile application that converts from the old ghana cedi to the new ghana cedi and vice versa.

Upgraded a java application that notifies the bank customers of any transactions that happen on their account either by SMS or by email.

Automated manual process in the bank and networked all of the branches of the bank with a fast an easy accessible information portal.This portal increase staff productivity.
